I am an Information Technology professional specialising in SQL-driven insights and interactive Power BI storytelling, with 2+ years of hands-on experience building backend systems, optimising data pipelines, and developing SaaS applications at Hitachi Energy and Afford IT.

My focus is translating complex SaaS and enterprise metrics into actionable business strategies — the kind that a CEO can act on Monday morning. I don't just build dashboards; I build the SQL transformation layers, data quality checks, and simulation models underneath them.

I completed a Backend Developer internship in Auckland building Laravel services and RESTful APIs, and previously worked on enterprise CTRM/ETRM Tracker systems at Hitachi Energy. I am currently completing my Master of Information Technology at Auckland Institute of Studies (May 2026), and hold a certification in Data Science and Machine Learning in Python.

Time Series Sales Forecasting with Data Quality Management

Problem Retail demand forecasting on Corporación Favorita's 4-year dataset (2013–2017) was unreliable due to undetected outliers and data quality issues.
Action Applied IQR, Isolation Forest, and data validation rules as a DQM pre-processing layer before running ARIMA and XGBoost forecasting models.
Result Demonstrated statistically significant forecast accuracy improvements post-DQM, proving data quality is a first-order concern before any model tuning.

SaaS Revenue Retention & Churn Analytics Dashboard

Problem A B2B SaaS company had $4.4M in revenue at risk with no visibility into churn patterns or which customer segments to prioritise for retention.
Action Engineered a SQL transformation layer using LAG() window functions and DAX-powered What-If simulation in Power BI to model recovery scenarios.
Result Identified a 37.8% churn rate and modeled up to $1.3M in recoverable revenue, giving leadership a clear retention strategy.

Payroll Management System

Problem Manual payroll processing was error-prone and time-consuming, with no centralised system to track attendance, salaries, and payslip generation.
Action Built a full-stack system in Laravel and MySQL with secure authentication, attendance tracking, and automated monthly payslip generation via REST APIs.
